The optional Fontname argument apparently only has an
impact on the resulting filenames. I think it should
also become the FontName in the afm and pfb files,
because otherwise if several language versions are
extracted from the same font all generated Type1 fonts
will have the same name. This makes it impossible to
use the generated fonts together in a mixed language
document. In CSS2 or XSL-FO, for example, one would
enumerate all the fonts in the font-family property.
