I recently converted my operating system to Office 365 ProPlus, and Webshots stopped working. After contacting their support address, I learned that my old photo files (.wb1 format) need to be converted to jpg files, but their converter tool didn't work. They directed me here and I've downloaded the UWC program. I'm a complete "techno-idiot" -- can somebody provide me with some beginner level instructions for how to use UWC to convert my files to jpgs and import them into Webshots? I have hundreds...
