#15 Use OSX (Mountain) Lion full screen model
It would be useful if chiken could use the full screen mode of Lion OSX with an icon
on the right of the window bar moving the chicken window in full screen mode in a specific OSX desktop. This can be arranged "by hand" already now by creating an OSX desktop and moving the chicken window there.
