I often connect to windows that are bigger than my mac screen and so need to use scrollbars to scroll around, which is pretty mundane and takes real estate away. If you can add support for scrolling by alternate means (such as by using 3-fingers), then I can disable scrollbars and scrolling would become very quick and natural.
