A very simple MSI installer for GHDL 0.25 (plus GTKWave) for Windows is now available.

This tool is used to configure the Avnet Spartan 3A Eval Kit. It can transfer a .bit configuration to the FPGA, the serial memory (SPI) and the parallel memory (BPI). Readback and verify options are also implemented. It fully replaces the AvProg tool that only runs on Windows.
