since 10.9.2 I receive strange hangups/ panics. One of it on screenshot: http://s.verknowsys.com/ab785b9d680618ad32f330cb809a160eb984f842.png also I attached both photos below.

I'd like to add, that it happens when I build C++ project with -j12 (on 8 cores machine). It generates quite high load, with 100% usage on each core. It didn't happen on =<10.9.1

To trigger that, watc some twitch.tv stream (I also Creative X-Fi Pro 5.1 use usb sound card), and build some C++ code in background (high load)
