Canon Maxify ureadable print

Here is the issue:
Canon Maxify MB2750, sending to print single page of text, prints several pages of few lines per page of more or less unreadable pixelated lines, some almost readable most fading to blank, similar to very dirty printer heads. Printing an jpg image produces probably infinite loop of blank pages, printer heads slides back and forth several times on each sheet of paper than go for next one, nothing is printed.
Canon cnijfilter2 driver prints fine but has no second paper source options available, in gutenprint i can choose paper cassettes and printer will draw correctly but nothing is printed.
It is new printer and first configuration
cups 2.4.2, cups-filters 1.28.11, gutenprint 5.3.4, cnijfilter2 6.30.1
I have printed and scanned below cups error log and attached to ticket as an example of the issue
