#41 toolbox items fail when toolbox is undocked
To recreate:-
1) undock the Toolbox from the main VS window
2) drag an Entity Type onto the diagram
3) drag a second Entity Type onto the diagram
4) click the Subtype Connector
5) click one of the Entity Types
6) attempt to click the second Entity Type
Symptom: The subtype connector fails to appear. This does not happen when the Toolbox is docked.
