OrangeHRM assumes that when emp_gender is unset the employee is male. This is both sexist and doesn't take into account trans people. It should be pretty easy to have an unset gender display as Unknown. This patch is a rather naive first attempt at this.

I am aware that this introduces a rather large change of assumptions which is going to affect the majority of users and so I ask for feedback on how we might possibly introduce a fix like this in a better way.

    Perhaps the better way would be to map an emp_gender value of 3 to Unknown, but that makes the code a little messy.

    Write more, thats all I have to say. Literally, it seems as though you relied on the video to make your point. You obviously know what youre talking about, why waste your intelligence on just posting videos to your blog when you could be giving us something enlightening to read?
