the button mapping is missing options for 5-Way Up
and 5-Way Down... this is a nusaince since my Palm
T|X does not include the jogwheel, which is teh
default hardbutton used for scrolling up/down

Can you try the attached file. It's from the 0.18 code

It should work for most 5-way enabled devices. There are no
options in the configuration screen for setting actions for
the navigation buttons; they should just work.

This should also fix the landscape/portrait swapping problem
