New features:
1) BACKLASH compensation (as suggested by Thorsten from Germany): On "Test and Adjust ... motor" window, there is a new field, "Backlash (steps)". Set it by trial and error, to find the best value. When the direction changes, the steppers will rapidly go to the other flank of thread (backlash) and mitigate the backlash effect. SoundStepper assumes the default flank is the "positive", forward (pass the mouse over "Reverse" checkbox and read hint for better explanation).

2) Field derotator for alt-azimuth mounts: The field derotator was implemented some time ago, but was static, and needed to be moved manually from the main screen. Now the movement is automatic in alt-azimuth mounts, and the camera is rotated to compensate for the apparent rotation of sky using this type of mount.

Bug fixed:
"Focuser defined positions" listbox retaining the cursor focus after use. Now the listbox releases the focus after use, as done by all of main window controls (buttons, checkboxes and trackbars).

Improvements:
1- More space for descriptions of focuser defined positions;
2- Smoother movements when using joystick for focusing;
3- Compatible with Meade microfocuser ASCOM driver:
3.1 - Driver to be used: "Meade LX200 Classic and Autostar #494, #495, and #497 (combined telescope/focuser, 5.0.4)"
3.2 - The driver uses always ":FF#" (high speed). But SoundStepper uses "Find", or ":F3#" (1/3 of max speed), a more reasonable speed for focusing.
3.3 - The driver uses "steps" as distance units (Meade "step", not SoundStepper step). But the Meade focuser have a simple DC motor, without position feedback. Thus, the driver intend a "step" as a 1ms pulse. Using SoundStepper, when max focuser speed is 150Hz (600 steps/s), we have 5 Meade "steps" = 5ms = 1 SoundStepper focuser step. Using 250Hz (1000 steps/s), will be 3 Meade "steps" = 3ms = 1 SoundStepper focuser step, and so on. You don't need to be very precise on this configuration.

1) Presets for focuser: Now You can save focuser positions, for each combination eyepiece/barlow/camera/filter etc.
2) Flicker-free update of labels of main window, as RA, Dec, Alt, Az, and clock.

For manual mounts, now have a second "Park" button: "Park R.A. axle only".
The mount parks RA axle only, leaving the others steppers (Dec, Focus, Rotator) where they are, untouched.
