#1 Layer Editing
When 2 SPAW editors exist on different layers which
overlap at runtime and switch based upon their visibility
status in the DOM. The SPAW Editor which first appears
on the page stays on the page in this aspect. When the
layer is switched, the white background of the editor
remains present over top of the new layer, though its
toolbars and contents seem to fall behind the new layer.
In this aspect the Editor effectively covers the new
layer, but has no functionality as its toolbars fall behind.
