Scorecard delivery delays
Resolved - We experienced an issue affecting the delivery of scheduled Scorecards. During this incident, some Scorecards were delayed and were not sent as expected between Friday, 16:00 CEST (09:00 EST) and Monday, 17:00 CEST (10:00 EST).

The issue has been resolved, and all delayed Scorecards have now been successfully delivered. We will continue monitoring to ensure normal operation.
