Hello, I hope you are well. Today I’m taking part in the Stampin” Around the World video hop over on YouTube, with a fabulous global group of Stampin’ Up! independent demonstrators. Our theme for this month is Celebration. So, I created this pretty little Brushed With Beauty gift bag for a celebration present…
Isn’t this Brushed With Beauty designer series paper just gorgeous? I love that it has big bold floral designs, delicate floral designs and some fabulous designs that don’t feature flowers at all. There’s something for everyone, in a beautiful colour palette.
I used the DSP for both the bag itself and the Party Banner closure too…
This sentiment is from the Blooming Phrases stamp set and is perfect for the theme of this video hop.

MEASUREMENTS
To make the Brushed With Beauty gift bag in today’s video you’ll need the following supplies:
- One design of the Brushed With Beauty DSP measuring 6″ x 12″ for the bag
- score on the long side at 4-1/4″, 5-3/4″, 10″ and 11-1/2″
- score on the short side at 1-1/2″ from the bottom (be mindful of the direction of your paper’s design)
- Another design to cut with the Party Banner die, for the closure (see photo below for the die I used)
- A scrap of Basic White card for the sentiment
- A scrap of gold foil card to back the sentiment
- ribbon
- embellishments
I forgot to mention in the video which Party Banner die I used, so here it is…
I also used one of the little dies in the middle to cut the hole for my ribbon.
