Adam J. Grill is our Chief Venture Partner based in New York.  Adam is a seasoned venture capitalist with more than a quarter century of experience in capital markets across North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia, advising and providing critical guidance to businesses of all sizes from start-ups to global conglomerates on business growth, technology development, productization, concept-to-market execution, real estate, channel development, brand development & marketing, mastering asset value and enhancing stakeholder value.

Mr. Langs has split his work life between operations and advisory for leading edge technology companies for over 30 years.  He has operations experience as a senior executive and board member of private and public technology companies, and the other half advising similar companies as lawyer, investment banker and corporate development consultant.  He has extensive operations experience on the revenue side of small-cap to multi-billion dollar public growth companies and has substantially influenced revenue and balance sheet value prior to partial liquidation events such as financing, sales, public offerings, and sister listings on international public exchanges. 

Internationally, Mr. Langs has worked in 49 countries.  He also has been active in over 200 merger & acquisition deals and public offerings.

Noriko Yokoi is a 20-year veteran of some of  Madison Avenue’s best known agencies where she led the development of advertising for everything from Fortune 100 multinationals to unicorns in the life sciences category that she helped to take public. In 2018, Noriko decided to pursue her concept of growing early-stage startups and went independent. In addition to her role leading The Startup Ideation, she is a co-founder of 3cubed.ai, pitch judge and runs a meetup geared towards startup support. She is driven by curiosity and passionate about innovation.

              Her post-graduate work includes a M.Sc. and Ph.D. from the London School of Economics, as well as certification in Design Thinking from MIT. Noriko graduated in the top 6 percent of the competitive, 9-week Venture Institute program. A global citizen, Noriko has  lived in Vietnam, Australia, Japan, the United Kingdom, and now calls New York home.

Mr. Goodman is the publisher of TECHNY. He has represented many clients involved in the merger and acquisition of Web design and services companies, as well as venture capital transactions within the Internet industry. His experience includes reverse mergers of operating companies into publicly-traded shells and is involved in the formation of shell companies. He is currently SEC counsel to two publicly-traded companies and handles all aspects of their ’33 and ’34 Act compliance. His client base includes two of the largest Web services and development companies in New York City, a major Macintosh software utilities publisher, a Web-based distance learning company, a Web-based video rental company, and various other concerns in the software, consulting, Web and computer reselling businesses. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Aladdin Systems Holding, Inc. (OTCBB:ALHI).
