Potential fix for black screen

Recently Y4 has been crashing after a few seconds of black screen. Other solutions didn't work for me. Maybe steam input is the issue as I turned that off and the game launched again

Game won't load

I've been having this problem where the game just won't load at all. I open it, the screen turns black, and then it crashes. I have done everything possible to try and fix this. I have verified the integrity of the game's files, I have reinstalled it, I have run it in administrator mode with fullscreen optimization turned off, I have launched it with -windowed as well as -w 1280 as parameters, I even installed SilentPatch to try and fix it but that hasn't worked either. I don't get an error message or anyt...

Does not run on modern systems. Needs a community patch and running in big picture mode to even work.

Gameplay is that of a ps2 game with graphics a bit below a ps3 game. SUPER awkward to play.

Is this remaster actually worth getting?

I heard a lot of bad things about Kiwami 3, and I only bought Kiwami 1 & 2 on impulse during the last big sale. I've heard a little bit about 4's story but I'm scared this remaster is going to be awful

I hate to say a Yakuza game is bad but this is awful. The story sucks and every boss battle turns into an annoying dodge fest. Yakuza 3 Remastered’s blocking issue isn’t nearly as bad as this.
