don't be like the fake Christians who say they believe in Jesus then actively teach against him like with teaching "self defense". If you try to be friends with the world you are an enemy of God. The world is going to hate you and call you evil just like they did with Jesus and just like it was with Jesus its because he called their deeds evil. His biggest enemies were his own people who called themselves Jews but were children of the devil who he constantly rebuked while telling them to repent or die calling them children of the devil and vipers. the fake Christians dont know what holiness or the real Jesus is. do not listen to them or you will end up in a pit with them

Matthew 10
34 “Do not think that I came to bring peace on the earth; I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. 35 For I came to set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law; 36 and a man’s enemies will be the members of his household.

James 4
4 You adulteresses, do you not know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.

1 Peter 2
11 Beloved, I urge you as sojourners and exiles to abstain from the passions of the flesh, which wage war against your soul. 12 Keep your conduct among the Gentiles honorable, so that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day of visitation.

23 For the commandment is a lamp and the teaching is light;
And reproofs for discipline are the way of life

Psalm 141:5
5 Let the righteous smite me in kindness and reprove me;
It is oil upon the head;
Do not let my head refuse it,
For still my prayer is against their wicked deeds.

The Prophet before Sammuel had kids who would have sex with the virgin girls in the temple and God killed the his sons and the prophet for not rebuking his kids.

1 Samuel 3:13
13 For I have told him that I am about to judge his house forever for the iniquity which he knew, because his sons brought a curse on themselves and he did not rebuke them.

Hebrews 3
12 Take care, brothers, lest there be in any of you an evil, unbelieving heart, leading you to fall away from the living God. 13 But exhort one another every day, as long as it is called “today,” that none of you may be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin. 14 For we have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold our original confidence firm to the end.

Luke 17
1 And he said to his disciples, “Temptations to sin are sure to come, but woe to the one through whom they come! 2 It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck and he were cast into the sea than that he should cause one of these little ones to sin. 3 Pay attention to yourselves! If your brother sins, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him, 4 and if he sins against you seven times in the day, and turns to you seven times, saying, ‘I repent,’ you must forgive him.”
