I have been a gamer as long as I can remember, my first console was the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES), but I think I have the happiest memories with my second console: the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) used to play Super Mario World with my mum all the time, and we loved it.

Always had my happiest memories attached to Nintendo, although I don't agree with their business practices now I'm a grown up! Seldom without a Nintendo console in my life. I love RPG games, especially pretty looking ones like FFXV. I enjoy being told a good story, and think gaming is something that goes unappreciated by those who think it's just shooting things, there is so much more to gaming than just violence. Some of my favourite games are: Baldur's Gate 3, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, Elroy and the Aliens, Persona 5 Royal. I do have a day job though, so like to play games when I have the time to unwind, I am less inclined to be found playing social games though (MMOs and such). Usually, I play single player games because socialising for a reserved type is not a fun time.

I do have other hobbies, if I am not gaming, you can find me reading a book, listening to music, drinking, roasting, and brewing coffee, or writing. I like ducks/geese, talking to people, cute things, coffee, spooky things, pointy things, and chocolate. I enjoy gothic and strange things and folklore. I love good food and am usually at my happiest when drinking coffee or eating good food with good company. I usually prefer my square-eye time to be dedicated to something more interactive than simply watching something though. Idle hands make the Devil's workshop after all...

I really enjoy the rain, and listening to it, as it gives me a feeling of calm, splashing in puddles is pretty rad too! I own a Nintendo Switch (of course!) you can find me gaming on that, or my PC. I play mostly on the PC if I am honest, but I do have a soft spot for my consoles.

Oh, I am pretty passionate (fangirly) about the following games: Baldur's Gate 3, Clair Obscur: Expedition33, Yakuza series (anything by Ryu Ga Gotaku Studios to be honest!), Persona, Pokémon (Gengar is my favourite!), Luigi's Mansion, classic Sonic games, Dragon Age, Mass Effect, many RPGs. Guilty pleasure in stupid dating sims, visual novels, and point and click adventure games! So, if you're ever stuck on topics to discuss with me - talk gamey to me!
