All the sick paleolithic vibes from this game can't hold back it's inherent ubi-slop roots. What could have ultimately been THE cave-man game ends up being more of a 12-inch deep sandbox that's once again embodies the "wide as the ocean but deep as a puddle".

I must applaud the game's look though. This game definitely looks the part with all of its high resolution textures and dynamic lighting effects. Just running around the world is a treat because of how pretty everything looks. Running down a Mammoth with other members of your tribe is definitely a vibe that this game was the first in delivering and I will forever remember that.

The characters and factions are completely forgettable. There could have definitely been some interesting themes exploring the Neanderthal-esque bad guys and tackle some literal species to species relations there but the game does so little with it. All the little village quest givers are just there with like a single interesting interaction here and there. It doesn't their development when they almost never accompany you on the quests they send you out on. (Shouldn't the hunter lady come with me on all the super hunts?)

Sigh. It does have that ol' triple A polish at least. When the game's systems are at work, and you're slinging spears and skulking enemy camps with your trusty panther, the game definitely delivers on making you feel like a bad-ass. A bad-ass caveman. Far-cry Primal is a an okay enough game. I just wish all of the caveman stuff had a more compelling world, story and progression system around it.

If you have an hour to spare and want to play as a Mammoth travelling through scenic environments and trample through Pleistiocene human settlements, this is definitely going to scratch that itch. The basic combat system that they baked into this where you feel absolutely invincible feels like it has potential to become an equally cool but more violent war elephant game.

Every time I look on the game's subreddit I hear people complaining about how the multiplayer is lacking this, or how it's so sweaty.
Truth is: The reason the subreddit looks the way it does is because those people had one bad game and immediately went there to complain. The people who are having fun are actually playing the game.
The multiplayer is fun. No there is no need to have the Spiker or Mauler in the game, that would not add anything significant to the sandbox whatsoever.

I thought I could put this down after one run. I was wrong.

I honestly can't think of a Battle Royale that has received the same amount of support and has the same amount of polish as Apex. Warzone can suck a ♥♥♥♥ with its 200 GB install space.

Solid movement, quick gun play and intense and quick pro play moments.

I highly recommend French Knights retaking Jerusalem.

I love card games, played some MTG, WoWTCG ,Pokemon and YugiOh in the past.When I heard that MTG games had computer alternatives I quickly purchased it on Steam.I was greatly dissapointed , You are given very little to customize with and the game itself has a very buggy and slow interface. And by god , if you want to excel in this game , be prepared to spend some coin. If you want to play Magic :The Gathering , play it in real life, even though it's more costly, you will have more fun and if you're restricted to playing a card game on the PC , I recommend getting into Hearthstone. It's wayy more simple sure but it has a much better F2P model than this game.

Great game, been playing with the controller recently, game seems built to play with it. It's a nice new fantasy universe where we actually get the orc's side of the story. The combat is good,those familiar with Dragon Age and KOTOR will be stepping into familiar ground.The voice acting is good mostly but some human characters need some dire recasts or something.It was sort of strange to see orcs without tusks though, everyone looks like The Hulk.Overall good game,great if you are an orc fanboy like myself. I hope this new IP gets more followers and might someday get a sequel.

This game has excellent combat, rather the new style of MMO combat, It's a great plus to the gameplay. However it still follows the regular grinding of MMO's that we have come to know and love. So if you want to play WoW with better combat, this is the game for you. One Gripe however, THIS GAME IS NOT OPENWORLD, If you don't like hub to hub transportation, this will be bad.
