KillsOfDead does the right things at the right time when instructed. But without instruction, sometimes they fails to spot the priorities and sometimes completes work late. Able to concentrate and stay focused for period of several hours when a task is interesting, but attention may waver if a job is relatively mundane. A self-starter – someone who always finds out the right thing to do and gets on with the job. If a manager has given no guidance KillsOfDead will still take appropriate action. If the required tools are unavailable, they is able to improvise. Keen to put their own ideas across, but KillsOfDead does not give others the chance to express their view. May be tempted to overlook the input of others.
