Feels a lot better than DL2, includes a lot of cheesy dialogues and the performance is manageable.
Sometimes it has insane fps drops, which can be mitigated by reloading your save or just moving away from an area, yeah I know, lovely isn't it?

Technically paid for it but also didn't, you know the deal.

kinda finicky to edit the settings and such but it was basically ready from the start

Overall it made my movement, gestures and so on very fluid and it looked like I actually had trackers on, which I didn't

Is it worth it though? I would say it is yeah, 20€ for something that is not needed is quite a bit but it's soo nice "having trackers" with this
