If you are not wanting to make a part 8 then you don't need too. but If you're gonna Why not make part 8 the ending so you can finally let the Story end since this is the 2nd best Full story map that was Paused on a cliffhanger

Well, since you've retired from Portal 2 Mapping back in 2020. I respect your decision, because i'll be making my own Halo MCC Mods next year anyways
