This game is beautiful. I was a huge fan of Mirrors Edge when it was released and spend well over 1,000 hours playing through it multiple times, but after a while the game got boring due to me playing it so often - then this game came along. I've had this on my steam library for months, but I never knew about it, I got it in a Bundle I assume and registered it and that was the end of it.

I wish I'd played this sooner, it's such an amazing experience, and from what I've played so far is going to be a fun game to play, and it seems like it has quite a lot of replay value as well just going by the achievements availble.

I'll update this review once I've finished the game, which I will be playing through and uploading to YouTube. As of right now though, I'd suggest anyone who likes games like Mirrors Edge to buy this right now.

Now that Version 1.1 has been released, I would try GameGuru out again. It has improved, and the FPS drops have been fixed which I can see while in Debug mode during game play, I am not getting 120 FPS instead of 23, which is good and I'm glad that was fixed.

The only issues I still have with it at the moment is the following :

• My computer still sounds like a fight jet sometimes, I'm geiving them the benefit of the doubt though since that may be my CPU - but the issue is there.
  
• The splashscreen issue is still there, however I feel like resolving this issue myself and releasing a splash screen editor - but it shoudl still be hard coded into the program, but they did provide me with an alternative to change it which can been seen in the review comments.
  
• Still not Save and Loading, they said this is main priority for the next release, but until then I still don't think I can recommend a game making engine that doesn't allow saving and loading.
  
  If you don't mind not having a saving and loading feature for your game yet, go ahead and buy this because it has improved since my last review - but I still can't recommend it until the saving an loading has been implemented, but Version 1.1 did fix a major amount of issues.
  
  I'd also like to say that the developers are great for replying to issues, and that I can give a recommendation on - I had bad reviews on the developers, but I am yet to have an issue.
  
  - The below is pre-Version 1.1 -
  I want to love this "game" (They call it a game, it's not. It's software. That bugs me the most to be honest.), but with it lacking basic features such as Saving and Loading, it's hard to love it. I like it's features, and I like how easy it is to make a game out of it. But, I don't love it, not yet anyway.
  
  
  PROS:
  • Quick and easy to make a "functional" game. You can create a Zombie game for example quite easily.
    
  • Has a good 3D editor, and comes with quite a lot of assets to get you started that you can use freely.
    
  • Comes with a lot of "maps" already that will help you pick up on how to work the software quickly.
  
  
  CONS:
  • Doing basic tasks can make the FPS drop and your CPU sound light a fighter jet. Battlefield 4 doesn't affect my CPU, that's why I know it's a software issue.
    
  • It's quite confusing to find out what does what. There aren't any tool tips that tell you how to use things, and there is a lack of keybord shortcuts which when making a game, you'd expect it to have many.
    
  • It's extremely difficult to change the splashscreen and the icon of your game, when it really shouldn't be.
  
  The state the program is in at the moment, I'd say this is early access and I wouldn't purchase it for the price it's going at. I'm lucky, I got it on BundleStars for like £6 with RPG Maker, but even at that price I still feel like I'm not really getting what I'm paying for. I was expecting software that would let me make a game easily, with the basic features of a game. Saving, Loading, etc.
  
  I wasn't expecting AAA experience, but I was atleast expecting B+. This program feels very rushed, and there aren't updates that often either.

I bought this game on deal a few weeks back, I went against the reviews people left for it and I'm quite happy that I did so. I'm about half way through the game, and with the odd few glitches here and there, annoyingly long loading times and music in the combo menu that reminds me of the Lobbys on Black Ops 2, the game is actually quite good.

Pros:
Combo Weapons
Combo Cars/Bikes
Hours of zombie killing fun*

Cons:
There is no free-mode.*
Loading times.
Ported from Console so some lack of optimization there.

If the game was optimized a bit more It would be completely perfect, and if it had a form of free-mode it would be a wonderful game. I've not had any crashes problems like anyone else has had either, so I'm assuming crashing issues is the users fault and not the game.

I don't recommed buying it or £40 at the moment, but if it's on deal, you should totally buy it.

11/10 would pay for again.

One of the best Call Of Duty games, period. If you ever have the chance to buy it, buy it.
