You don't need drugs with music like this. The vocals sound like ancient alien chants (or maybe that's just how Finnish sounds) and the alchemy of dissonant music creates this otherworldly atmosphere, both menacing and entrancing at the same time. Another 10/10 gem from Oranssi Pazuzu.

I've come across this band several times, sampled their work, but never found any moment that convinced me to buy. 'Tales Of The Old Dreamer' is the gem I've been looking for. The atmosphere from 5:07 onwards is otherworldly, a type of post-black metal with depth and atmosphere that could astonish even the most experienced listener. The cover artwork fits the darkened soundscapes explored here. I don't listen to the other tracks much, because I'm always drawn back to the old dreamer's tale.
