Get a Google AI Pro membership

With a Google AI Pro membership, you get expanded access to certain AI features built by Google. It includes 2 TB of expanded storage and additional benefits to optimize your Google usage. Learn more about ongoing Google One benefits.

You also get access to AI credits with the Google AI Pro membership that can be used across Whisk and Flow. Google AI Pro members get 1,000 monthly AI credits. To get more AI credits, you can:

• Purchase top-up AI credits (not available in Japan)
• Upgrade to Google AI Ultra

Eligibility

• To get a Google AI Pro membership, you need to sign in with your personal Google Account.
  • If you don't have a personal Google Account, you can create one. Learn how to create a Google Account.
• You must meet minimum age requirements.
  • You must be 18 years or older to use:
    • Deep Search in “AI Mode”
    • Flow
    • Gemini 2.5 Pro model in “AI Mode”
    • Gemini CLI and Gemini Code Assist
    • Gemini in Chrome
    • Gemini in Gmail, Docs, Slides, and more
    • Jules
    • Whisk
  • You must be over 13 years old or the applicable age in your country to use:
    • Gemini app
    • Gemini capabilities in Google Earth
    • Google Photos Generative AI features:
      • Photo to video
      • Remix
    • NotebookLM

• You can’t sign up for a Google AI Pro plan if you’re a:
  • Current Google One member who subscribed through a third-party partner
  • Current Google One member who subscribed through Pixel Pass

You can choose between monthly or annual subscriptions for the Google AI Pro plan.

Important: You must sign in with your Google Account.

1. On your computer, go to Google One.
2. To select the Google AI Pro membership, follow the on-screen instructions.
3. Review the new membership pricing and payment date.
4. To confirm, click Agree.
5. Select your payment method.
6. Click Subscribe.

To switch to a different Google One plan:

1. On your computer, go to Google One.
2. Click Settings Change membership plan.
3. Choose your new storage limit:
   • To add more storage space: Select a plan under "Upgrade options."
   • To pay for less storage space: Select a plan under "Downgrade options."
     • If there’s no downgrade option, you're on the lowest plan.
4. To confirm the new plan price and details, click Next.
5. Select your payment method.
6. Click Subscribe.

Change your storage plan

You can cancel your plan in Google One settings.

1. Go to gemini.google.com.
2. At the bottom, click Settings & help Manage subscription. This opens Google One settings, where you can cancel your plan.
3. Click Cancel membership Cancel.

When your AI Pro plan ends, you’ll no longer have access to:

• Gemini app in Pro. You won’t be able to:
  • Start new chats with Pro
  • Continue chats created with Pro
  • Use features that are only available on Pro
• These benefits from Google One:
  • Expanded storage across Drive, Gmail, and Photos
  • Direct support from Google experts
  • Exclusive member benefits
• Gemini in Gmail, Docs, and more

When your AI Ultra plan ends, you’ll no longer have access to:

• Gemini in Ultra. You won’t be able to:
  • Start new chats with Ultra
  • Continue chats created with Ultra
  • Use features that are only available on Ultra
• These benefits from Google One:
  • Expanded storage across Drive, Gmail, and Photos
  • Direct support from Google experts
  • Exclusive member benefits
• Gemini in Gmail, Docs, and more

As of March 13, 2024, current Google One members through Fi Unlimited Premium can upgrade to the AI Pro Plan. Learn about Google One on the Unlimited Premium plan.

Plan managers of a 5 TB+ membership have access to the same features in the AI Pro membership.

• If you purchased your membership through the Apple Store:
  1. You’ll need to cancel your current Google One membership.
  2. After cancellation, you can sign up for a Google AI Pro membership.
• The purchase of Google AI Pro membership through third-party integrated billing providers isn't yet available.
