Make a call on your Google Nest speaker or display

With Google Nest and Home speakers and displays, you can make calls to friends, family, and businesses with your voice. You can also make video calls with a Nest display. Before you make a call from your speaker or display, set up the calling methods you want to use.

Important:

  • Legacy calls, previously known as Duo, are being upgraded to Meet calls on speakers and displays.
  • During the upgrade, support for Group calling on Nest displays and using multiple accounts with Meet will be delayed, but will be available soon.
  • Outgoing and incoming group calls cannot be made from Nest speakers. Only incoming and outgoing 1:1 calls are supported by Nest speakers.
  • Nest displays support both incoming and outgoing 1:1 calls as well as incoming and outgoing group calls.
