To make online purchases in a specific country’s Google Store, you must have a valid shipping address in that country. You can, however, use a payment method from a different country to pay for the purchase.
If you would like to use a payment method from a different country, you’ll need to create a payment profile for that country before making a Google Store purchase by following the steps below:
- Sign in to Google Payment Center.
- You may be asked to verify your account. Select Verify it's me.
- Under "Settings," next to "Country/Region," click Edit

- Click the link to Create new profile from the message that appears.
- Click Continue.
- From the drop-down list, choose the country to associate with the payments profile you're creating and the payment method that you would like to use.
- Enter the address information.
- Click Submit.
After you have created a payment profile for the country, you can return to Google Store to complete your purchase using an acceptable payment method from that country.
