Replacement devices may be new or refurbished based on location and inventory. Every refurbished device goes through a careful inspection and refurbishment process. We test extensively and replace the battery, cover glass, and back case with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts so the device will appear and operate like new.

About Pixel Care+ claim replacements- Replacement location: If your Pixel Care+ replacement is approved, your replacement device must be shipped to the same country or region where you bought the coverage.
- Replacement type: Claims might be fulfilled with new or refurbished devices and may be the same or similar model of like kind and quality.
- Shipping times: Replacement devices typically ship on the next business day.
- Non-return fees: To avoid a non-return fee, you must return your damaged or malfunctioning device within 14 days along with the shipping labels you received.
- You’ll receive return labels and shipping instructions.
- After the Standard Exchange is created, your device must be sent back within 14 days.
- If your device is received outside of this period, it may be sent back to you.
- After your device is received, your replacement will be sent within 3–5 business days.
- In some countries or regions, such as Australia, it may take around 5–7 days to send a replacement.

- You’ll receive a link in your email where you can order your replacement device.
- Once you place your order, an authorization hold is placed on your account. Your replacement is sent within 2–7 business days.
- You’ll receive shipping labels to send back your original device within 21 days.
- Once the original device is received, the authorization hold on your card is removed.
