Sometimes, a package gets sent back to the store because the delivery carrier can't give it to you. This page explains what to do if that happens.
Get help with returned packages
There are a few reasons your package might return to the warehouse:
- You refused a delivery.
- Nobody was home to sign for your signature-required package.
- Your shipping address was incorrect or incomplete.
-
You asked the carrier to hold the package at their office, but you didn’t pick it up on time.
-
You asked to cancel the order after it was already sent out.
If you get an email that says your package went back to the warehouses, contact Google Store Support. They’ll give you a refund, which includes what you paid for shipping and taxes. Learn more about why Google canceled your order.
