Find profile cards

A profile card displays key information about a user that is already public on YouTube. A profile card may include:

  • Their basic channel info (name, picture, handle, pronouns)
  • The latest comments that they’ve made on the channel that you’re watching
  • Their subscriptions, if they’ve chosen to make them public

To find someone’s profile card, tap the profile picture next to the video, Short, or post comment.

Control your privacy settings

Sharing with the YouTube community, such as making your subscriptions public, can help others discover new content. You can always view or change your privacy settings for the following info, which may be shown alongside your comments:
