been dealing with some mildly scary health stuff (i'm getting better now) and this kind of urgent, anxious state i've existed in for the past while was the main driving force for this album. i mostly make music as a way to express myself in ways that i don't otherwise know how. i wanted to make something to be proud of i guess.
