For my project, I chose a couple of SVG files from SVG Cutting Files.  I made a card with one of the Peek a Boo card files and a treat holder using a the Candy Caddy die from Jaded Blossom

This adorable Captain America is a freebie from SVG Cutting Files from a previous blog hop and is no longer available.

Go to Cut It Up Challenge Blog and check out what the other Design Team members created.  Don't forget to link up your project for a chance to win the awesome prize from our sponsor, As Cute As a Button!  See ya next time!

For my project, I chose a super simple image from Cricut's Tie the Knot cartridge.  It is a dashing Tuxedo treat box!

This box took no time at all to put together.  You could add a gift card for a groom, add treats and use on table at wedding or reception,  make a cute little gift for to give to your young man going to Prom!

Now go check out what my awesome co-DT members came up with.   Don't forget to create your own project and join the challenge @ Cut It Up Challenges!

See ya next time!

HIMCR Challenge #198 Super Scraps Saturday

Hello my crafty peeps and welcome to another challenge @ Hiding In My Craft Room.  Our awesome sponsor is 2 Cute Ink!  The design team is showcasing some of the digital images available @ 2 Cute Ink.

I chose this precious little frog perched on a mushroom for my projects.  And every frog need a princess right?  LOL!  I added this sweet little princess using the frog princess file from PPbN.
On the right is a fun treat box I made using a file from SVG Cutting Files with my princess and frog added.  On the right is a card to match. I used Jaded Blossom stamps for my sentiments.

Here is a closer look at my precious little froggy.  I hope you like what I came up with and are inspired to create your own project and join our challenge!  And check out 2 Cute Ink!
See ya next time.

Pretty Paper Pretty Ribbon Guest Designer

XFirst I would like to thank Lisa and Shannon at PPPR for allowing me to guest design today! I have 2 projects to share.  I highly recommend these files, so fun to use!

The monthly challenge at PPPR is: Get Cooking.  So, for my first project, I made a cookbook cover page for a cookbook I will be making for my children.  I used the Thanksgiving Feast files from PPPR.  Isn't this girl too cute?!  I have brown hair and eyes, so she had to have them, too.  I used a Peachy Keen face stamp for her face.  I also used a couple of cuts from Cricut From my Kitchen and Cricut Sweethearts cartridges.

For my second project, I made a cute little Easter treat box.  I used the Little Duckling file and the Gift Box with Window file from PPPR.  I plan to add a few Ghiradelli squares before giving to a friend.  I used my Cricut Exlore to cut these files and they are wonderful.  The fold lines are partial cuts and I love them!  This box went together so easily.  The ducks was super simple, too.  I added a sweet sentiment from Jaded Blossom that I placed on a scallop circle cut with a Jaded Blossom die.

I will be entering this project into a couple of Challenges:
Cut It Up-Anything but a Card
     Scrappy Mom Stamps- Pink/Yellow
     Craftin Desert Divas-Easter Project
     Die Cut Diva-Spring
Double Click AKA Abusybee-Bunny, Basket or Easter
     Jaded Blossom-Easter
     Creative Cutting Challenge-Easter
I hope you like my projects. Go to PPPR and take a look at some of the amazing files Lisa has.      See ya next time!
