I am beyond excited to have discovered this gel system! For the longest time before I became an Esthetician, I always had beautiful acrylic nails, then in 2005, I developed an allergy to it and nail glue. I thought I was destined to have short, brittle, stubby nails forever! I was always told to try gel, but I couldn't fathom nail glue ever touching my nails again! But I found out I don't need to have any tip attached, I could sculpt my own nail and use gel alone, cure it with a UV light, buff and seal with a gel top coat. I am SO in love with my nails now, and delighted to add that I am NOT allergic to any of the formulations!!! I HEART you OPI!!!
