Well, I am quite enthusiastic about polymer clay, unfortunatelly this enthusiasm has its limits. After seeing what others (and others) made for the challenge, I reconsidered entering, but since Klavdija is a most convincing person (she'll be sorry when she sees this), here's my entry.
First, I prepared the required colors. Of course, the red is a different one, since they don't sell that particular requested red one in any store readily accessible to Vesna and me.
Then, my pasta machine had its day. For a moment there, it actually seemed I knew exactly what I was doing.
It came out at an impractical size (I probably made it a bit too thin to be useful), so I made a cane out of it. I just used an extra sheet of blue (the same one as in the blend) as the "additional" color.
And then comes the piece-de-resistance, my challenge entry! 3 centimeters high.
You know, Klavdija, you could stop laughing now. I told you it would be a massacre...
Now I just have to figure out what to do with the leftovers.

Klavdija, sem presenečena, kako malo dela sem dejansko imela s prelivom (če odštejem dejstvo, da me je oranžni Fimo mal jezil, ker je bil nekoliko starejšega datuma in se je pustil nekaj časa "prosit"). Hvala, da si me izzvala.
Preliv ti je čist korektno uspel. Definitivno imaš več rumene kot jaz, pri meni se je vztrajno izgubljala. Glede ostankov je pa tamal problem. Rabiš kakšno stekleničko?
I like it. You could make beads with the leftovers and then do necklaces for your family for Christmas or something...that gives you a bit of time to get the production done. Can you be hemp there? I've seen some awesome hemp necklaces with a single cool bead in the middle. To see some ideas: Google "hemp necklaces" and click on images. You'll get plenty of fabulous future projects.

Neža, flaške vedno pridejo prav, imam eno klobaso v hladilniku že toliko časa, da jo je po moje že mah prerasel vmes. In ja, preliv res zgleda, kot da bi že kdaj katerega naredila - je bil delan po tistih pdf navodilih, ki dejansko delujejo...
Bridget, the idea has merit, thank you for the suggestion. Hemp is not a problem around here, you can get it practically in any store, in various thicknesses. I just have to figure out a simple technique to make fancy beads.
