Although I haven't crafted for nearly a year (Hubby had a heart attack 23 March 2011 and he is fine now thank goodness) I have obviously been doing other things. I miss crafting and my craft room is still intact waiting for the day when I will return ( dum dum dum ). However,in between keeping 'you know who' company I have been exercising my other passion ..........................Baking !!
Not cooking as in making meals. I regard that as a chore to be done day after day, after day : (
A necessity but still a chore for me.
No I mean good old fashioned baking,such as cakes,scones,pies,flans,biscuits and best of all BREAD !!

I made a special cake for my visitors today. Coffee Ring with coffee drizzled icing and walnuts.
