The Backyard

It was cold and not many leaves... but this is Andrew & Erika's back yard at Thanksgiving 2009. It was fun to visit and meet their friends. A wonderful place to live.

In the Beginning...

Let's see...

Two of my children have beautiful blogs and I can't let them get too far ahead of me. So here goes...

I have beautiful children;

Andrew, Erika and Lily "cute dog" - live in Kentucky and are doing very well. They are loving life and are making me proud by their spontaneity to venture out about the world... They are such a sweet couple to just sit back and watch... easy to see how much they love each other!!!

Aubrey and Brent - about to embark on their journey of life as one... yes they get married next week. Aubrey has about 6 months left of College and Brent is picking his venue of study wisely. These two are true romantics at heart. Their life will be full of tender moments bringing joy to their lives...

Melissa - living and loving college to its fullest... come on, how she maintains such an outstanding grade point... I'll never know. Why do I say this... She goes to college in Hawaii... can you imagine having to study at the BEACH? I simply couldn't do it... Good job Melissa!!!

Scott - A pure tough scout!!! He is ready to work on his Eagle project at the ripe age of 14. He just returned from a high adventure trip... where... now get this... a week of sailing from mainland Florida to Key West and back again... where was this when I was in scouting? Keep it up Scott, you're making me proud!!!

Mom - working and studying hard... just a year away from becoming a nurse. She has a lot on her plate, yet manages to maintain a near perfect GPA... Smart woman!!!

Me - just working and working and working... luckily, I enjoy my work. Consulting for an exciting company... soon to announce it has been acquired by a very major financial institution... should prove interesting... I take pride in my children and am loving life watching them grow into contributing members of society as adults... Thank you children...
