Today's post is dedicated to a certain picture instead of a photographer. Its author was Jim French and it was the image that illustrated The Smiths first single; Hand in Glove. Its strong homoerotic charge matched the lyrics perfectly, but made it controversial. The song didn't reach the success it deserved when it first camed out but, for me, its sleeve is one of the best in pop music history.

Su fuerte carga homoerótica, casaba a la perfección con la letra pero la hicieron polémica. Puede que la canción no tuviera el éxito que se merecía en su momento, pero -para mí- su portada, se ha convertido en una de las mejores de la historia de la música pop.
