OK, so now I haven't blogged properly for two years. Do you think I can get back in to the habit? My children have grown sooo much. Here's one turning 13:

I'm not sure we do anything exciting these days, but I do love to look back and see how we were, so I vow to try to put something up. Sometimes. Otherwise looking back is tricky. 

2018 Got Missed!

I'm not sure if I can do this daily picture thing now my kids don't do anything except *teenage*, but I guess a couple of things happened back in 2018, since I missed that whole year. . . 

These two went to Nelson to stay with M&B, travelling by themselves.

And we were spoilt with a second Rarotonga trip.

Excitement All Around

Soo exciting! I have a son who is capable of independently plumbing in a new filter tap when it needs replacing. In his jammies no less. 

And a daughter who is bendy and strong enough to do this.

For Geeky Husband, the Waterview tunnel finally opened.

And I got a bamboo drawer insert to replace my manky one, which totally turned my kitchen drawer into a lifestyle zone.

Thrilling, I know. Yep, we are all about this excited.

This guy has been waiting for this tunnel for so long. He was a happy chap.

Spinners

Horrified at his sister's spendthrift ways, L14 made his own fidget spinner out of wood. And added an optional battery spinning back up. He's so awesome.
