Applebelle's Reseller Agent Plan

Plan A : RM500 = Extra 10% Credits
Plan B : RM1000 = Extra 15% Credits

• No minimum quantity is required.


• A deposit is required. The amount is as stated above.

Agent Plan A will have RM550 credit in your account. You need to deposit RM500.
Agent Plan B will have RM1150 credit in your account. You need to deposit RM1000.
Agent can use the credit to purchase any items from any of our albums (pre-order/ready stocks).

• Once reserved and confirmed, agents are not allowed to cancel or make any changes.


• Reserved item is considered sold and we will directly deduct from your credits.


• We will send you an invoice to indicate on the items you have ordered and your credit balance.


• Please email to let us know when you want to deliver your items.


• There is no expiry date for your Reseller Agent Plan membership.


• Once your credit is finished, you need to top up a minimum amount of RM500 if you wish to continue.


• Credits are not refundable.


• You have agreed and understood the terms and condition above once you join our Reseller Agent Plan.

PAYMENT
We accept Cash Deposit and Online Transfer to our MAYBANK and CIMB accounts or Western Union. Banking information is at the Order Form.

After we received your order, we will confirm the stock availability and total amount.

For Ready-stock items, full payment should be made within 2 days.
For Pre-order items, full payment is required before the closing date to confirm order.
OR the items will be released to the next buyer and reservation will be cancelled.

After payment is made, please send us the details:

* Banking reference number/Western Union MTCN number:


After full payment is received, we will proceed to send you the items you have ordered.
Postage tracking number will be sent to you for your tracking purposes.

Shipment fees depends on the weight.
For Malaysian Customers:
For Peninsular Malaysia,
Pos Laju = RM7 per kilogram.

For Sabah/Sarawak,
Pos Laju = RM12 per kilogram.

For international customers,
Please email us for the shipping fees. We use either Registered Post or Pos Laju.

All items are Guaranteed genuine and in excellent condition. We will check through the items before sending to customers.

All Goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable. If wrong item has been sent, please inform us within 2 days upon receiving the items.

If the items you ordered is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, full amount will be refunded.

All prices shown are in Ringgit Malaysia and excluding shipping fees unless stated.

No amendment and cancellation after payment is made.

We will not be held responsible for any loss and damaged items or delayed delivery once items have been posted. However, we will try to contact relevant party for more information.
