That's not a customer base. That's a community. And communities don't happen by accident. They happen because people feel like they belong somewhere worth coming back to.

We've always believed loyalty deserves more than a pat on the back. It deserves real rewards, real recognition, and a program built around the people who made BingoMania what it is — not just the ones who arrived yesterday.

So we built one.

What is the new BingoMania loyalty program?

We're rolling out a completely redesigned loyalty program — new tiers, new perks, and a structure that actually grows with you.

Here's what we can tell you so far:

• Tiered rewards — the more you play, the better it gets. Each level comes with its own set of bonuses, perks, and surprises.
• Built to evolve — this isn't a "set it and forget it" points system. We're designing it to scale, improve, and add new benefits over time. What you see at launch is the starting line, not the finish.
• Your status carries over — if you're currently a VIP 5, 6, or 7, you're automatically enrolled at the highest tier. No reapplying, no starting over. You earned it, you keep it.

More details on specific perks per level are coming soon. We're still fine-tuning a few things — because rushing a loyalty program for a 28-year-old community felt like the wrong move.

Who is the loyalty program for?

Everyone. Whether you've been here since the dial-up days or you signed up last Tuesday, the program meets you where you are.

New players start building status from their very first session. Long-time members get placed where they belong — at the top — because two decades of showing up shouldn't count for nothing.

What makes BingoMania's community different?

Some of our members have been playing here for over twenty years. Read that again. Twenty years on the same site, in the same rooms, with the same people.

That doesn't happen because of software. It happens because of the people in the chat, the hosts who remember your name, and the feeling that this place is actually yours.
