This blog will (as of 15th September, 2007) feature the best writing from Caferati's forum
(currently hosted at Ryze).
Caferati is a forum for writers in English. Most of our membership is Indian or has an India connection, because that's where the group originated. But membership is open to adults anywhere in the world.
Some of us are published in the dead-tree sense or earn a living from writing in some way but that is not a condition for membership.
You can find out more about us by visiting our website, www.caferati.com.
We'd love to hear from you, and get to know you. For the writers whose work features on this blogzine, leave comments. To contact Caferati's editors, please write to editors at caferati dot com.
Write a prayer poem – it should be in rhyme, which means, it should sound like a song. But you can choose your own rhyme scheme. If you are an atheist, you can write a poem about atheism.
Write a poem about a historical event. (It could be a war, a major election, a social movement, an uprising, a coronation, an epidemic... you get the general idea.)
