The crib! A big thanks to my mother in law for making the bedding. It turned out so cute!
The chair we will be spending so much time in. The blanket over the top was made by my mother and myself. The one over the arm I made with my grandma Harper when she was in town. So many cute blankets. I have more from my grandma Reay. I just keep switching them out.

So that about does it for now. We have a few things to add, but not too much. No paint because we are renting and there are 3 windows in that room which gives us no wall space. We were going to put up curtains, but we decided we would rather have them fit in her new room when we eventually get a house.

Chad wouldn't get off the couch to take the picture so this is what we ended up with. Anyway, everything is going fine. I am starting to feel more and more Braxton Hicks contractions. It will just be a few weeks now. At my 37 week Dr. appt they are going to check me so I will keep you updated.
It's A Girl!
A little over a week ago my mom and sister threw me a baby shower. Everything turned out great! We had great food and had quite a few people show up considering it was spring break. Thank you to all who came to support our new little family. We greatly appreciate it. Here are a few pictures from the shower.

I had to go to jury duty today which I was not very happy about. I know I shouldn't complain. It is our civil duty! But I just feel like it is a big waste of your day. You have to take off work to be there and then you sit and wait to be called. When I called yesterday to see if I was to appear, the recording said that everyone regardless of their number was to show up. Ugh! This made me upset. Reality had sunk in and I was going whether I wanted to or not. Anyway, I got there and there were tons of people. Probably like 80. There was no way they were going to use us all. So we all sat in a room for about an hour and then they called us in to the court room. Apparently something happened. Maybe the schedule was messed up I don't know, but they sent us home. Thank goodness. We were super lucky! Hopefully I won't get another jury summons for a while. It seems I get one each year.

Happy Birthday!
Friday April 4th was my dad's birthday. We all got together for some dinner and dessert at my parent's house. He was kind of depressed thinking that 50 was bad until my mom broke the news to him that he was turning 51! I guess those years pass by in a blink of an eye. Anyway it was a great day!
New Dental Practice
Today Chad can finally say that he owns his own dental practice. He has been searching for the perfect one and today we are proud owners of a great practice. He is so excited! He will begin practicing at his new practice April 1st, so not much of a break. We are really excited about the area. It is located in Gilbert on Lindsay and Pecos. This means his drive will be cut in half. It will be great to have him home earlier and much happier. Anyway, just wanted to get the news out to everyone.
Easter week
Last week we had the opportunity to have Chad's sister and bro in law come down and visit us. We had lots of fun hanging out with them. We are hoping that they move down here after Eric gets done with dental school. Yes another dentist. While they were here we went to a Giant's spring training game and sat in the hot sun. Later that night we went to the Mesa Temple and saw the Easter pageant. They hadn't been for a long time so that was fun. Of course we got Pete's Fish and Chips before. We also had a night of Rock Band. Kitrina and I mostly played the guitars while Chad played the drums and Eric sang. It was a blast.
