Soooo this card isn't really my style but i am in a swap on SCS and we get a card kit and have to make cards and send them out. So i went with it.

I coloured the flowers with copics and cut it out with a nestie. There was some brown fun flock in the kit so i used that on the center of the sunflowers.

All the papers came in the kit except for the whisper white and rose red paper.


The sentiment and bling and ribbon were also in the kit:)

I made another card for another month of the kits but i packaged it up and sent it off before i took a picture of it...ya i am smart....ugh....

I picked this cute stamp and coloured her with copics and a spica glitter pen on the wings! I then cut her out with a nestie.

My papers are PTI white, baja breeze, old olive and Green Tea dsp from SU.

My border punch is from SU and so is the bling and the ribbon is baja breeze from SU.

I finished off the card with curvy verses by SU and i had the embossed paper in my stash.

Hey everyone:) Today is my first post for the Incy Wincy DT:) I am so glad Chris asked me to be on the team! Looks like its going to be a lot of fun!!

This week out sponsor is the Stamp Fairy and the Challenge is Spring:) I used this cute bee image and coloured him with copics. I then cut him out using a nestie (a set i have never used!!) and some dew drops for his antennas!

My papers are PTI white, basic black, basic grey dsp and SU dsp. I found the ribbon in my stash:)

Its a Corrosive Challenge Day!! Today's challenge is distressing. I have realized i am not very good at it...but i try! lol

My image is from Elzybell's. I had it coloured for a while just sitting in my stash. I coloured him with copics and cut him out with nesties.

My papers are PTI white, basic grey dsp and the green is from my stash. I also found some matching ribbon in my stash:)

I used my martha stewart punch for the border. The sentiment is from Bring on the Cake by SU (a new set i bought so i don't have to use the same ones all the time!!) and the bling is also from SU:)

For my card i used a Magnolia Card kit i had in my stash. I coloured Tilda with copics and cut her out with a label nestie.

The papers are PTI white, crushed curry and i think the dsp is from basic grey.









I used some crushed curry ribbon from my stash. The flowers came in the kit, i added the bling in the middle along with the other bling on the card.

I finished the card with a sentiment from Teeny Tiny Wishes by SU:)

Next on the hop is the cupcake queen Taylor:)

For my card i used this cute Elzybell's image, isn't he the cutest duck ever? I coloured him with copics and cut him out with nesties.

All my paper is from one of Taylors Key Ingredients kit. I thought it was perfect for this image!

I paper pierced the scallop nestie and the 2 corners, but its hard to see.

I finished off the card with some buttons that were in the kit:)

WOW a post ontime:)

Yes i got a card made for today so i can have a post ready!

I am sorry if my posts have been a little blah lately. I have been super busy and have had no time to post much. My friend Eriko left for Japan so things should get back to normal. Although i have been feeling pretty sick this week, and work has been pretty stressful (my boss is not very nice). I am managing:) I need to get into a crafting routine again!! Hopefully next week won't be as crazy!!





Another magnolia card:) I love my Magnolia card kits, they are so easy to put a card together!! This one had all these lovely flowers and bling in it!! I love it!!

I started with the sketch and stash challenge (i play every 2 weeks, i love their sketches!).

I then coloured Tilda with copics and cut her out with nesties.

The base is PTI white with a brocade blue layer and then the dsp.

I layered the flowers (both were in the kit) and put the pink brad in the middle.

Well i hope you like my card:) I love the colours of the paper!! Happy Saturday, i have to work everyday this weekend :(

The Little Birdie...

Happy Thursday everyone!!

For this weeks Lindsay Card i decided to use this birdie again, because i have him printed out already. Oh and he was coloured already too ;) I like to colour images while i am watching TV, then i feel productive:)

I started my card with Taylor's Sketch. Oh and i also used Taylor's April kit for this too! I really do love these kits!!

Ok so back to the card. For the half circle i used the biggest circle nestie i had. I should have put another colour on top of it for a layer, it kind of blends in with the paper. Oh well....

I then took a piece of ribbon and wrapped it around the card. To finish off the card i placed some primas and bling from the Taylor kit on a piece of orange card stock.

Its Bella time!!

I really need to think of better titles! ugh..... Do you like my new blog layout?? The banner was done by Nancy and the background by Michelle!! :) I love it!! thanks ladies!


So its another sketch over at the Bellariffic Blog! Isn't it a good one?? I had a bella kit to use for this! I haven't used these papers in forever!! Another reason i love kits!!

I coloured Bella with copics then cut her out with nesties.

The cardstock is River Rock, Groovy Guava and white. I can't remember what the name of this DSP is, i am sure someone will tell me though. I really like the green tea one better than this one though.

I cut the sentiment out with my scallop punch and finished off the card with some guava ribbon, a prima flower with a flower centre.

Ok this card came together pretty easily! It was a card kit for Chrissy's monthly card kit swap! I am going to be sad when its over in June:(





Anyway Chrissy sent this kit and she sent the image and paper. These flowers were so quick to colour! I used copics and my spica glitter pen for the middle.





I used my EK Sucess border punch for the bottom. I tied a piece of ribbon from my stash, added some bling and stamped Thank you on the bottom (from fresh cut by SU).





The tan colour paper is from DCWV and its the asian set, and i used Certainly Celery and PTI white for the base!


I am off today too! My BF and i are going to make t-shirts on his new machine from Michaels! I will let ya know how that goes!!

Thursdays are now LINDSAY days:)

Yep, every Thursday i will have a card featuring one of Lindsay's new designs! She made some great flower stamps this time. I am not a flower person, but i love doodles, so flower doodles are cool with me ;)

I started this card with using Taylor's sketch, its a good one and perfect for a flower!!

I took out the March kit from Taylor's Key Ingredients kit and went to town. I love how everything matches perfectly!

I then printed out 2 flowers on the cream cardstock and coloured them in with my copics. I also used my spica glitter pen around all the dashes.

I then cut out the center part of the flower and popped it onto the main flower and put a brad in the center (i got these brads at Michael's on sale, they are funky). I also cut out the leaf and popped it as well.

I cut out the image with my nesties. I also coloured the lady bug and cut it out. I then just drew on the antennas because cutting those out would be a pain! I added some bling to the lady bug because her black dots looked to boring.

I finished it off with a thank you sentiment from the short and sweet SU set. The ribbon came with the kit as well!

Really stamping is much easier with these kits, esp for us busy people! :) Well tomorrow i will be drawing for the blog candy if i get home from the Cleveland not too late, if i get home late it will be Saturday morning...so get your entries in!!!

I MADE IT:)

WOO HOO!! I have been dying to tell you my news and now i can!! I made Lindsays Design Team!! Do you know how hard this was to keep a secret??? LOL I am over joyed to help Lindsay, she is such a sweetheart!

So here is my next Lindsay Card!! I decided to use this cute little bird because it reminds me of spring! Although spring isn't one of my fave seasons (allergies suck!), i do like the cheery colours.

Everything i used is from Taylors Key Ingredients Kit! The sketch is from Marys blog. I just flipped it:)

So i printed out 2 images on Taylors Cream cardstock. I coloured the base image with copics, and the coloured the second image flower and bird with copics and cut them out to give them pop. I coloured the butterfly with copics and used some of the blue glitter in the kit on the body of the butterfly.

I used my nesties to cut out the image, added some ribbon to the middle and them 3 little flowers from the kit on the bottom. These kits are great! Grab a sketch and you have a card in no time!! :)

Taylors stamps rock:)

While i was at Karen's i got to use all her stamps and paper!! WOW she has a lot!

this card was made for TECC61, the sketch rocks! I love this little cuppie too! The one thing i learned was how she takes her pictures! So trust me i will be making my own photo studio, it was so easy!!

Oh ya the card! The paper is My Minds Eye "pretty little girl". I love the colours and it reminded me of spring/easter. I used Elegant Eggplant as my base colour. I coloured with copics and used a bella bon bon for the top.

I put a peice of dsp through the cuttlebug and it looks distressed, so cool!!

I finished off the card with some baja breeze ribbon layered with elegand eggplant and some prima flowers.

I forgot to take a picture of my copics, but i will do this from now on as well. :)
