...colour blind...

Hey everyone:) I decided to make my bf's mom a mother's day card...he was thrilled with the idea!

So i pulled out a card kit i have (i have 2 boxes full!! its time to use em up!!!). I coloured my stamping bella image with copics and cut it out with a nestie.

My papers are whisper white, real red and the rest came from the kit. The sentiment is teeny tiny wishes by SU. Everything else came in the kit:)

Its another Paper Pretties release day!! Today there are 2 flowers being released! Just in time for Mother's day!! :) I always make my sister a Mother's Day card since we lost our mom in 2005 to lung cancer.


I coloured the roses with copics and cut it out with a nestie.

My papers are PTI white, rose red and the dsp is from my stash..and its the last of it...:( This was my go to girlie paper!! Oh well i will have to find some more!! :)

The sentiment is from Teeny tiny wishes by SU and its cut out with nesties. I used a cuttlebug folder for the background as well. I finished off the card with some pearls i had in my stash:)

Sunday is another Challenge....

wow where does the week go???

This is my card for the challenge which is a sketch, click HERE to see it.

My bf asked me to make his mom a mother's day card. She loves angels! So i coloured up an Anya angel with copics and some glitter wings and we are good to go.

All the items are from Taylor's April kit (can you tell i like kits??). The paper rocks in this kit!!

I had a great time in Erie PA and Cleveland OH. I bought a ton of cds, dvds (the brady bunch complete season! i was excited!!) and of course some scrapping supplies (did you know sizzix is making folders for embossing like the Cuttlebug ones??). We ate at Quaker Steak, man their wings rule!! we actually ate their both nights!! hee hee The Rock N Roll Hall of Fame was amazing as usual. That was about it, shopping! lol

My bbq was good, except the rain on and off, we just hung out inside and played pool! :) Tomorrow i will report with my bday gifts and a picture of all the AMAZING cards i got!! I LOVE bday cards!!! :)
