Thrinchies

Hi everyone and welcome. Hope you are all keeping well.

I thought I would take a few moments to show a few of my Thrinchies in a little more details with a few close up pictures.

For those of you wondering what a Thrinchie is, well its a 3 x 3 inch square piece of art. AALLandCreate are holding a challenge at the moment that runs through to the 30th September. If you pop along to my Facebook Group HERE, you can find all the details, if you wish to join in.

I find it quite surprising how much you can actually fit onto a small square piece of card.

I love the vibrancy of this piece and the touches of white embossing.

The close up picture shows all the detail beautifully.

All these small pieces of art could quite easily be converted into a card format too.

I love the blend of colours on this piece and I will definitely be using these colours again.

I wanted all my Thrinchies to work together as I have now added them to a book.

This challenge has given me the opportunity to revisit so many stamps, which I love and also mixing old with new images too.

Enjoy your Sunday.

Plant Your Dreams

Morning everyone, hope you are all well and enjoying some of the sunshine we have been having.

Today I have a card for you along with step by steps on a YouTube Video, video below.

I have also included close up photos of my card so that you can see all the layered detail.

This is a nice simple card to create and I love how all the layers are clearly visible.

The close up phtots really highlight all the layers and you can clearly see each layer and I love the tone on tone stamping too.

Below is the step by step video.

Happy Dog

Morning everyone, hope you are all well.

Toaday I have a card using my newly released A7 Stamp, Happy Dog.

I love the colours on this piece. I stamped the background using my Snippet Alphabet #456 and Distress Oxide Inks. I used the stamp as a whole, stamping without the use of an acrylic block, to give me more of a mixed media feel and look.

I also incorporated some cheesecloth and cotton threads to give further texture to my pieces.

The heart has been stamped with my Heart Grunge Stamp, a new favourite #453. I love how there are so many elements on the stamp that can be used individually.

I added a touch of shading with an Inktense pencil and coloured my litle dog with Polychromo Pencils.

Thanks so much for stopping by. Tracy x x

Pheasant Canvas

Morning, hope you are all we.. Today I have a canvas showcasing some of my recent new release.

This canvas is part of a set of tw that we will be creating during a live workshop later in March. I love all the textures and layers.

The Pheasant is such a majestic piece, I love how it sits perfectly against all the textural layers.
