Firstly HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

OK the first challenge in 2012 for Anyone for Anya? is Mostly White. Now I will admit that this did strike some panic in me which only increased when I found no patterned papers in my collection that consisted of mostly white. Anyway I got it done and realised I need to shop for white goodies early this year. I did put all the white embellishments I owned on this one!! hehe

Expecting Congratulations

A good friend of mine at work recently told me she was expecting...how very exciting. So I wanted to make her a card!

Well when I started I looked for a sketch, any sketch, for some inspiration and found this one on the 4 Crafty Chicks challenge site (#29).



I ended up making my cut a little bigger than expected so I had to move the sentiment. I am happy with the end layout regardless.

I also saw that the Fantabulous Cricut site where running a Square, green and gold challenge (# 51) and as I didn't know what sex the baby is it was perfect colours to use!

I am happy to be making use of a very neglected cartridge and to use a cut never used before!!
