mirror ball #5 5x7

A few days ago a friend of mine made a time lapse video of me painting a landscape. I ran into some technical difficulties in getting it to my computer and then to the internet but I liked how it came out. I set up my camera in my classroom and made a video of this painting. I tried to keep it short because these things can try the patience of even people who are interested in such things.

football 7x5

I typically paint objects that are a bit smaller than footballs. Doing an object of this size presented some practical problems for me. I needed a stage that would accommodate a football and I needed it to be about twice as far away as my usual set up. Tinkering with my space ended up being a pretty fun experience as breaking a routine often is.
