Hello again.  Is anyone still following? I didn't realize that I haven't updated this blog since May of 2018. I'm really sorry. I've been mostly active on Instagram under @Dollz4moi I'm starting the process of culling my collection. There's still a lot of stuff to go through including that I inherited my sister-in-law's collection. I'm going through the highlights of 2019. My Top Ten. Coming in at number 10 for me is the Drawn to You Misaki and Amelie from the 2017 Integrity Fashion Fairytale convention. Drawn to You Gift Set  I wanted the brunette Amelie from the set. I attended the convention but wasn't drawn to this set (see what I did there, lol). I started seeing her redressed and the hair redone and guess what? Now I needed her. When I started looking She was scarce or priced above what I was willing to pay for her dressed or nude. The set was available in the Integrity shop but I missed it. I kept watch on eBay for a bit. Wow, has it really been over a year since I posted here. I'm sorry it's been so long. Thank you for hanging in there those of you who are still with me. I've been doing a lot. I have been selling at a doll show and also on eBay of course. I've added to my collection (of course, lol). I made myself keep up with the selling. I still have a lot more to go through but it's been over 20 years of buying. Enough with the boring stuff let me tempt you with a sampling of the goodies I've acquired in the past 14 months. We have the first offering through Integrity Toys. You've all probably seen the dolls already but this is the first temptation of the year In The Mix Color Infusion dolls In The Mix: Color Infusion 2016   I love the concept and would just buy them all but new year new me. I pass on this first offering. There is so much more to come. I'm being super selective with the dolls that come into the fold. But since you are intrigued I would've bought Dree and the 2 guys, Tenzin & Callum Best Thing Ever: Dree Hill In The House: Tenzin Dahkling Turn It Up: Callum Windsor  I love Dree's look but will definitely keep a lookout for anyone selling her clothes. Tenzin would be added to my Asian man club. Callum is just giving me Adam Lambert vibes. These 3 may be added to a list for later but my get list will be very short this year. I know this was back in June and I'm slow as molasses but I'm catching up. I was tagged by my friend Georgia Girl over at Pink Obsession a while back. I was also nominated by my friend Dana over at A Philly Collector of Playscale Dolls And Action Figures . I finally looked at what I was supposed to do so here it goes.  The rules are as follows: 1. I feel like I have to slow down, ok stop, buying. For those who don't know Integrity Toys revealed some of the new lines on Saturday. I'm happy that I wasn't wowed by everything. I kept my head and my pre-orders came down to 3. That's right 3 dolls. I wanted three from the Poppy line  and I may still go for the third later.  I wasn't so thrilled with the Fashion Royalty line but I was blown away by Timeless Adele. I'm not a fan of Adele 3.0 but this beauty I need. I have been confirmed for the Poppy's I wanted. I'm happy and I hope everyone gets what they want. I wanted Darla the most from the Poppy line even though people don't see it. I love her entire look.   Peace Love and Soul Midas Touch is the biggest and may be one of the fastest sell outs in the Poppy line. She was my second choice. This post is to highlight those ladies in my collection who are searching for bodies. I am always on the lookout for articulated bodies. I need movement these days for anyone to stay. If I really love a doll I will behead her/him and the quest will begin. It's always great when a new lady (and at times gents) find a new body. This is the limbo they sit in until their grail is found I'm not sure which site I got the idea to use a thread spool rack for heads but it's awesome. I picked this one up on sale from Wally World's site to store sale. I think it holds 120. I also have a smaller one that holds 33. That one is for heads I decide can leave the island. Here are some closeups of who's on the rack for the moment. Yes that is Declan's head on the top. I do have his body but have been lazy in putting him right LOL I'll try to remember a post about the luck winners of the body lottery. There have been some winners lately :O)

I was on the Facebook ( inside joke ) LOL and I thought about how I came to finally love Poppy Parker. I have tried since Poppy Parker first debuted 5 years ago. I remember when I first saw her. I wasn't impressed. Now before I get a bunch of backlash over that this is my story so there. I honestly didn't like the first couple of years of Poppy. I liked some of the clothing but I still didn't jump on the bandwagon. If I'm being honest Poppy always tends to be first on my to go pile.  Let's fast forward to 2013/4 and the Poppypalooza love fest began.  I was sorting through my collection and found my In The Air Poppy from the 2011 FR Convention.    My first impression after seeing her again after so long was she's beautiful and she needs a change. As promised or at least I think I promised to show my first doll of the New Year. Actually she was a gift from the man. She was delivered to my job this morning. I fell in love seeing this lady and I tried to resist ( not really hard ). I'm so glad HE LISTENED and ordered the right doll. I love an awesome surprise :O) A La Maison I love this lady. A La Maison Victoire Roux is the first doll of 2015. I love her face and the attitude she exudes. She's haughty and exudes that "IT" factor for me. Maybe it's the hair but I can't wait to play with her. Her accessories are simple and nothing spectacular. Her silver heels, pillow, & magazine are included.
