A new camera....

....Phone.
It seems I still can't be courageous enough to buy and settle with a camera.
(I have indecisiveness syndrome.)
But- I DID get a new phone...camera included;)


I took these this morning to try it out....on my Mother's Day gift I received. 
A sweet apple tree.


It's been so windy here, so the leaves look a bit rumpled. 
But it does have some blooms blooming.

(So happy to see more proof of spring, now that it's almost summer...)

Seeing is believing....

The calendar may have SAID it was Spring, but I didn't believe it.Not for a moment.Until.... this week..

"Faith.....

the substance of things hoped for,

the evidence of things not seen."

~Somehow it's just so much 

easier to believe in something 

when you see it.~

(guess you could say I'm lacking in the Faith Department....)

When spring hesitates....

.....I can't help but go with store bought.

All along knowing very well,

that if I just had patience.....

...I could have saved myself a whole LOT of money and would have eventually

found the real thing 

hanging right outside my window.

Both sides of the story~

There's the seemingly calm:

Which causes the chaos:

There's the seemingly cautious:

And the one in a crowd who throws 

caution to the wind:

(look closely and you'll find him rushing in head first)

And gets caught in his consequences:

{Of course....it's usually the Cautionary who has to assist.}

The caution-thrower carries on his merry way:

While the one's full of caution carry on:

At the end of the story, I am always left wondering just 

who had the most fun....

Seriously.....none of us are amused over the Delayed Spring this year.
Did you know that in just over 2 months...it's SUMMER?!

I have never "featured" any one yet on this blog, but in my search for spring over the last few days I came across some artwork I absolutely love.

And...it feels springy!

And alive and happy.

And once again I think it's so inspiring to see other's imagination in their work!

It's "enjoying" to view other people's ideas and wonder of things!!

Spring Giveaway!

Spring is almost here...yay!

(I know I may be pushing it for us Albertans.

But it helps to be optimistic!)

One of my most favorite of all seasons.

I love the smells.

The birds coming up to my windows.

The way the air feels different- warmer and springy.

I love watching the trees, knowing they're getting ready to dress themselves with new buds.

I like checking under my windows every week for peeping bulbs.

I don't even mind the mud all too much... especially if there are gi-normous puddles in

my driveway to hop in! And I really do puddle jump!
