Every once in a while you just need to grab some girl friends and shop for stuff so cute it makes you call people over to say "Aww," together.

 We went to Bijou Market: Utah's Leading Handmade and Vintage Boutique.

 I might have not been able to resist the many cute prints

and this adorable wooden heart decoration that now sits on my dresser and makes me smile every time I see it. Deanna loves you. Bijou bijou.

MINION DOGS

This is the third year Day-Z has participated in the Petco Halloween costume contest. We didn't place the last two years, but I could tell this round was gonna be our win.

 My genius costume idea: dog minions. Hershey was an evil purple minion and Dayz was a regular minion. Grab some overalls and pet spray paint...

 and we won that 1st place orange ribbon!!

RC WILLEY Grand Opening GIVEAWAY

 The pillars here are planked with rare reclaimed oak which adds amazing natural character.

 Throughout the store, certain areas are specially designed to appeal to certain shoppers.

EXAMPLES:

• Youth bedroom has selected music and a slight bubble gum scent
• Lifestyles Gallery (for progressive customers) has upbeat styles, special music, and a bamboo smell

There are traditional French manufactured heirloom pieces, TVs, recliners, sofas, beds, mattresses, appliances, decor, fitness equipment, flooring...pretty much anything you need for your house/apartment/condo/room.

There is also a cafe where you can sit to enjoy your RC Willey hotdogs and other treats.

 The part that might get some shoppers the most excited is the Clearance/scratch and dent/discounted new items section. The mission statement of the store is to create a positive experience and atmosphere for every customer that comes in with expertly trained employees.

CANDLE WARMER GIVEAWAY

I remember my brother Tim and I coming home from school, walking in the house, and being hit by the most delicious scent. It smelled as if our mother had spent the entire day making sugar cookies and other baked goodies for us. We would throw our coats shoes and backpacks off and race to kitchen to get to them first, but, to our surprise, we didn't see any sweets.
